The restructured and revised Zoning Ordinance and Land Use Regulations can be accessed on line via the Planning Board Web Page. For information and assistance contact  the Secretary at planningboard@seabrooknh.org or 474-5605.

Planning Board approval is needed for the subdivision of land and site plan development in Seabrook. The Board is responsible for preparing and updating the Town Master Plan and approving the Capital Improvement Program. Board members are elected for three-year terms by the town meeting.
