Suzanne Griggs-Assistant Finance Manager

 

After leaving a local market and research firm, I began working for the town in 1982 as secretary to the Housing Authority. Since then I’ve worked for the Recreation, Assessing, Building, Zoning Boards, Health and Finance Departments. I’ve advocated for town wide computer training and have volunteered for various computer related projects over the years. Today I assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, 1099 vendor maintenance and new hire reporting.

 

Debra Knowles- Finance Clerk

 

I have been a life-long Seabrook resident. Upon graduating from Seabrook’s schools, I got a job at a local company, and was fortunate to have been mentored by the controller for whom I worked. My subsequent accounting career, which has spanned over 30 years, began as a receivables clerk. I took on more and more responsibilities, and eventually became the supervisor of an accounting staff. I have worked for both profit and non-profit companies. I hope to be an asset to my hometown.
